There are a number of places where you'll see a "##". This is an indicator that I need to do some fixing.

One of the problems I've been having is that OpenOffice apparently does not let you format index entries. (I.E. Define an entry like: command, j, down line.)

Also if there is a DocBook expert out there who is willing to help, I'd like to convert this to DocBook.
